Klingeman Farms is a pioneering farm owned by the Klingeman family, who are advocates of humane animal husbandry and dietary practices. The farm is the first Non-GMO Project Verified ranch as well as the first US ranch to receive Food Alliance Certification.
We fell in love with Klingeman Farms as soon as we visited. Today, their sustainably-raised pork is the secret to our Pork & Purple Cabbage Potstickers' irresistibly bold flavor.

Owned and operated by brother and sister Adam and Andrea Chinchiolo, Far West Cider is both a friend of Mamahuhu and the tastiest cider on planet earth. Far West uses delicious, high quality apples grown on their 100-year old family farm in Richmond, CA to create a range of signature dry-ciders that truly let the ingredients shine. In 2022 we launched one of our favorite collaborations to date with Adam and Andrea, creating a Sichuan Strawberry flavored dry cider called The Odd Duck. This is a seasonal product we aim to bring back whenever the strawberries say we can.

Founded in Sonoma County by farmer Leslie Wiser, Radical Family Farms has been growing heritage Asian vegetables using regenerative and agroecological methods since 2019. Our Inner Richmond location is a designated pickup location for the Radical Family Farms Mixed-Asian Vegetable CSA box, which provides culturally relevant produce not typically found at California Farmers Markets to the Bay Area.

Song Tea & Ceramics is a storefront and tea tasting room in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. Song sources rare and exclusive teas and ceramics from Taiwan and China, collaborating directly with clean-growing tea producers and skilled ceramicists. Wo Chong Co. is a family owned business that has been manufacturing Non-GMO tofu in San Francisco for four generations. Beginning as an in-home operation in Chinatown in 1935, Wo Chong is the largest and oldest family-run manufacturer of tofu and bean sprouts in Northern California. It’s no secret that we’re big tofu lovers at Mamahuhu - and Wo Chong’s soft tofu is the not-so-secret star ingredient of our Mapo Tofu house special.
Linda Huang is a New York City-based graphic designer specializing in book cover design. She first caught our eye with her beautiful paperback design of Charles Yu’s 2020 novel, Interior Chinatown, which we couldn’t stop noticing on display in local bookstores upon its release. We loved it. It was (admittedly) an unusual ask, but we reached out to Linda to see if she had any interest in designing food packaging for us. Fast forward a few short years and Linda’s lovely work is now featured proudly on the packaging of our first retail item, Mamahuhu frozen potstickers.
A Bay Area native, Casey is an accomplished contemporary artist working primarily as a painter, but also occasionally in media such as sculpture, graphic design and mural. His work is gorgeous, refined, intricate and always thought-provoking. Notably, Casey’s work can be found exhibited in many permanent collections such as the De Young Museum and at Stanford University. It can also be found adorning the walls of our Mill Valley restaurant. Casey is the creator of one of our favorite pieces of work: Chow Mane.
Ton is a San Francisco-based visual artist, illustrator and author originally from Hong Kong. Her signature world-building work, called FLABJACKS, depicts chubby little creatures rife with color and whimsy. Ton has held exhibitions across the world and worked with numerous big name brands across a variety of mediums. In recent years she has also published several illustrated books. Ton’s commissioned paintings for Mamahuhu can be found in our Noe Valley restaurant. They are guaranteed to make you smile.
