Owned and operated by brother and sister Adam and Andrea Chinchiolo, Far West Cider is both a friend of Mamahuhu and the tastiest cider on planet earth. Far West uses delicious, high quality apples grown on their 100-year old family farm in Richmond, CA to create a range of signature dry-ciders that truly let the ingredients shine. In 2022 we launched one of our favorite collaborations to date with Adam and Andrea, creating a Sichuan Strawberry flavored dry cider called The Odd Duck. This is a seasonal product we aim to bring back whenever the strawberries say we can.

Wo Chong Co. is a family owned business that has been manufacturing Non-GMO tofu in San Francisco for four generations. Beginning as an in-home operation in Chinatown in 1935, Wo Chong is the largest and oldest family-run manufacturer of tofu and bean sprouts in Northern California. It’s no secret that we’re big tofu lovers at Mamahuhu - and Wo Chong’s soft tofu is the not-so-secret star ingredient of our Mapo Tofu house special.

Linda Huang is a New York City-based graphic designer specializing in book cover design. She first caught our eye with her beautiful paperback design of Charles Yu’s 2020 novel, Interior Chinatown, which we couldn’t stop noticing on display in local bookstores upon its release. We loved it. It was (admittedly) an unusual ask, but we reached out to Linda to see if she had any interest in designing food packaging for us. Fast forward a few short years, and we featured Linda's work on the inaugural packaging for our frozen potstickers.
