Chicken & Broccoli Potstickers

INGREDIENTS: POTSTICKER WRAPPER (ORGANIC TAPIOCA STARCH, WATER, ORGANIC RICE FLOUR, ORGANIC OAT FLOUR, RICE BRAN OIL, SALT, XANTHAN GUM), FILLING (ORGANIC CHICKEN, ORGANIC BROCCOLI, RICE BRAN OIL, ORGANIC GINGER, ORGANIC GARLIC, ORGANIC GREEN ONION, TAMARI [WATER, SOYBEANS, SALT], ORGANIC RICE VINEGAR, SESAME SEED OIL, ORGANIC TAPIOCA STARCH, ORGANIC DRIED EGG WHITES, SALT, RED MISO POWDER [MODIFIED TAPIOCA STARCH, RED MISO(SOYBEANS, SALT, RICE), SALT], DATE POWDER, ORGANIC WHITE PEPPER).
 

DIPPING SAUCE RICE VINEGAR (WATER, BROWN RICE), SOY SAUCE (WATER, DEFATTED SOYBEAN, SALT).

Classic Pan Fry

Like we'd prepare it at Mamahuhu, with a crispy base and a delightfully springy dough.

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of quality cooking oil in a non stick pan over medium to high heat. Your pan is ready when a drop of water dances in it.
2. Place 6-8 frozen potstickers onto the pan with bottom side down. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until the bottoms are slightly browned.
3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water (it's going to splatter, so cover with the lid immediately)
4. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
5. Check if the water has evaporated, once it has, remove the lid. Continue to cook for another minute or until potstickers are golden brown. The potstickers should unstick easily when done.

Air Fry

If you've got an air fryer, here's another excuse to use it. Crispy all around, like a fried wonton.

1. Preheat your air fryer to 380° F (This step is important!).
2. Liberally spray your frozen potstickers with quality cooking oil.
3. Place the potstickers in a single layer in the air fryer basket and set to cook for 8-12 minutes at 380° F.
4. Halfway through cooking, flip the potstickers and continue cooking at 380° F until cooked through (165° F).

Note: Everyone's air fryer is a little different - keep an eye on your potstickers throughout the cooking process to ensure they are cooked to your liking.
